1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Consumer Protection Law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you received your scooter, without giving any reason.

• Condition: The scooter must be unused, clean, and in its original packaging.
• Odometer Limit: To be considered "unused," the scooter's odometer must read less than 5 km.
• Original Items: All tools, chargers, and manuals must be included in the return box.

2. Order Cancellation

• Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund at no cost.
• After Shipment (In Transit): If the order has left our warehouse but has not yet reached you, you may still cancel. However, the actual outbound shipping cost (typically €60–€80) will be deducted from your refund.
• Refused Delivery: If you refuse the parcel upon delivery, we will issue a refund minus the shipping costs once the item returns to our warehouse.

3. Returns for Non-Quality Reasons

If you change your mind within the 14-day window:

• Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our Poland warehouse.
• Authorization: You must contact us at info@poland-kukirin.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending any items.
• Return Address: S.F. Express, Al. Krakowska 87/A15, 05-552 Wólka Kosowska, Poland.

4. Damaged or Defective Items (DOA)

If your scooter arrives damaged or has manufacturing defects:

• Report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
• Provide clear photos or videos to info@poland-kukirin.com.
• We will cover all costs for repair, replacement, or return if the defect is confirmed.

5. Refunds

• Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
• Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• Fees: We do not charge restocking fees. Only actual shipping costs are deducted for non-quality returns/cancellations.
