At KuKirin-European (poland-kukirin.com), we stand behind the craftsmanship of our products. This One-Year Limited Warranty is provided by UltraX International Limited for products purchased exclusively through our official store.

1. Warranty Coverage

We provide a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects starting from the date of purchase.

  • Original Owner Only: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Automatic Registration: Your warranty is automatically registered when you purchase from poland-kukirin.com. Please keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
  • Authorized Channels: This policy applies only to products bought directly from this site.

2. Specific Component Coverage

Component Warranty Period Coverage Details
Frame 1 Year Replacement for manufacturing structural defects.
Battery 1 Year Repair or replacement of defective batteries.
Core Parts 1 Year Motor, Controller, LCD Display, Charger, Throttle, PAS Sensor.

2.1 Battery Warranty Note:

Defective batteries will be evaluated by our technical team. We provide free spare parts for repairs within the first year. Note: Tampering with the battery or using unapproved chargers voids this warranty.

2.2 Frame Warranty Note:

Covers structural failure only. Does not cover labor costs for component transfer or cosmetic damage like scratches/fading.

3. What is NOT Covered?

To maintain transparency and pass Google’s "Trust & Safety" checks, please note that the following are excluded from warranty:

  • Wear & Tear Parts: Consumables such as tires, inner tubes, brake pads, cables, grips, chains, and pedals are subject to normal wear and are not covered unless they arrive defective.
  • Misuse & Accidents: Damage from stunts, racing, improper storage, water ingress (liquid damage), or modifications (drilling/welding).
  • Cosmetic Damage: Dents, scratches, or paint chips occurring after delivery.
  • Third-Party Repairs: Any service or repair not authorized by our technical team via info@poland-kukirin.com.
  • Force Majeure: Damage from fires, floods, storms, or theft.

4. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue, please follow these steps before attempting any repairs:

  1. Contact Support: Email us at info@poland-kukirin.com.
  2. Provide Evidence: You must provide your Order Number, plus clear photos and/or videos showing the defect. Our technicians cannot diagnose issues without visual evidence.
  3. Technical Review: Our team will review your case within 1-2 business days.
  4. Resolution: If valid, we will send replacement components or parts free of charge.
  • Note: While parts are free under warranty, the customer is responsible for shipping costs and any local labor costs not authorized by our team.

5. Important Safety Notes

  • Age Restriction: KuKirin E-scooters and E-bicycles are not to be sold to persons under 18 years of age. Minor riders must be supervised by an adult.
  • Theft Prevention: Stolen products are not covered. We strongly recommend using high-quality locks.
