At KuKirin Poland, we are committed to providing fast and transparent shipping. All orders are fulfilled directly from our European Distribution Warehouse in Poland to ensure the highest efficiency and zero customs complications.

1. Shipping Locations & Warehouse

  • Shipment Origin: All products are dispatched from our local hub: Al. Krakowska 87/A15, 05-552 Wólka Kosowska, Poland.
  • Service Area: We primarily serve the Polish market and other European Union (EU) countries.

2. Delivery Timeline

We understand you want to start riding as soon as possible. Our timeline is as follows:

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Order verification, packing, and quality check).
  • Transit Time:    Within Poland: 1–3 business days.

                                  Other EU Countries: 3–7 business days.

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 2–9 business days. Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Electric Scooters: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all electric scooter orders within our standard service areas.

4. Customs, Duties & VAT

  • No Hidden Fees: Since we ship from within Poland, there are NO customs duties or import taxes for deliveries within the European Union.
  • Transparent Pricing: All prices on poland-kukirin.com are inclusive of VAT. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
